Help! Trapped wind!

Every time I've been to the toilet the past 2 days, for both wee and poops, I get terrible trapped wind like pain in my left hand side. Is this normal? I'm 28 weeks today. Has anybody else experienced this?

Are you able to get on all fours and then put you head and chest in the floor leaving your bum in the air?! I know it sounds daft but I’ve done that in the past when I’ve struggled with trapped wind and it’s massively helped. Best not done in company though as it does help to get rid of the wind!

Peppermint tea will help relieve trapped wind.

Get on all fours and rock. It might take a while but my god it usually produces farts that nearly power me off the floor!

I also do the all fours trick! I'm laughing because I thought I was the only one 😂

I actually got that tip from mumsnet! Used it for years now and it never fails
