Bleeding and cramping at 6 weeks

It’s not looking good for me and there seems to be no definitive information. My dates put me a 7w 2d but my scan puts me at 6 weeks.

On Monday I started brown spitting with no pain and only needing a panty liner. On. Thursday it got worse - red blood and seeing some clots in the bowl. Thursday pm I went for a private scan which showed baby and heartbeat (although showing a week younger than I thought)

Since Thursday the bleeding has got worse and Friday night and Saturday cramping has started. I’m not hopeful but I was wondering if anyone else had been through anything similar. The scanner said everything looked absolutely fine and not to worry but obviously things have got worse since then! We tried so long to conceive but I probably meed to accept this is not going to work out well...

I’m sorry I hope it’s good news for you. I had a MC at 6 weeks but no scan or anything to tell me exactly where along I was.

A colleague of mine also had 2 MCs and then suspected a 3rd one as she had bleeding throughout her pregnancy, went for her scan to check everything had cleared to find there was a baby there! He’s now here and is a healthy baby! I can’t remember the term for what she experienced but basically it’s a blood clot your body is clearing I want to say starts with a H.

I went for a scan when I was 5 weeks 3 days as I was bleeding was told everythink looked fine then I went back 2 weeks later I was 6 weeks 2 days no heartbeat I had another scan 6 days later now saying am 6 weeks 4 days can't see heartbeat xwhy have my dates changed x

My bleeding has stopped now but I dnt think my baby is OK she said she can see fetal pole yolk sac x
