Physiotherapy During Pregnancy

Hello all,

I have a three-year-old kid and I'm 4 months pregnant now. I'm having severe back pain for a week. At first, I ignored the pain. But I had no such issues last time. So I'm a bit worried and confused right now.

I went to my doc and she told me there is nothing to worry about. But I don't want to take pain meds while I'm carrying. So I'm thinking about going to a physio clinic.

Already found a reputed physiotherapy clinic in Toronto. But I would like to hear some other suggestions before making a decision.
Please share your thoughts.

Physiotherapy should be fine in pregnancy as long as the physio is aware you're pregnant. Some physios are pregnancy specialist so will deal with pregnancy-related back pain, pgp, etc
