Lower hcg levels than the first test! Stories plz

It’s a long shot but basically I’m wanting to see if there is anybody out there with any posotive stories like mine. I know that it’s 99% probably going to turn into a miscarriage or along those lines so I’m not building any hopes up just want to know if anyone has been through this.

So on Monday I found out I was pregnant 2 test sticks and a blood hcg of 350.

I was spotting on Tuesday morning like a pink orange colour I was worried due to past miscarriages so I phoned the doctor who did my bloods wedensday on Thursday I got my bloods back and they were 216.

I was told to test in 3 weeks to see if I get a negative pregnancy test if not I have to ring back and they will scan me that day.

I did a pregnancy test this morning still as strong at the moment no bleeding since Tuesday or wedensday kind of wishing I didn’t get the other bloods and just waited to see what happens. I have twinges in my stomach, feel bloated, feel sick on a morning but haven’t been sick any stories like this would be helpful xx

@Leah I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I have never heard of a positive pregnancy when hcg levels have dropped. Sorry

Thanks I’ve read a few people say it could be a twin that’s passing due to clomid I thought it could be a possibility. I’ve also read some people that have gone down and then gone back up again think it was on this site but I was just curious to see if there was anybody on here that had been through it. I’m prepared for the worst as it’s a 99% chance I know xx

@Leah, ah okay, I’ve never heard that before. I’ve only ever heard of it being a bad thing. I’m sorry you’re going through this, I’ve had 3 miscarriages so know how hard it is.

Yeah I’ve read that one also read this one aswell I’m not very hopeful just want reassurance once these 3 weeks are over to test again as I’m just worried on what’s going on in my body x

I would prepare yourself for the worst but I have also heard of this happening when a twin passes so it's not impossible

Thankyou. Yeah I’m preparing for the worst just got to see what 3 weeks time brings. I’m still treating myself at the moment like there’s something there just incase x
