Pregnant?

Hello all,
Anonymous account so nobody traces it back to me hehe
So today I had an overwhelming urge to POAS, even though we're not trying and as far as i can remember we've had no mishaps in any way. Also at only 7dpo it wouldn't show anything, surely.
Anyway I have a bunch of internet cheapies left from my last pregnancy so thought if it satisfies the urge, why not. But the thing is - there was a line. Only very faint, so faint I cant even catch it on camera to show you.
I've done all the rational things - panic, check expiration dates, panic, check I definitely ovulated when I did (this could actually be different to what I think) etc.
Convinced it was an evap or a dodgy test, I took another (five). All the same.
So, dodgy batch or pregnant? I dont have any left and at 7dpo ish I'm reluctant to buy another one just yet. I'm thinking surely not but why would all the tests come out the same? Anybody with same experience, and what was the outcome?

Not sure if this is any help but I had a very clear positive on a FRER at 8dpo. I also had implantation bleeding earlier that day so not sure if that made a difference to the accuracy of the result, but it was definitely right as DS is now 2!

Thanks for the replies! I have done another test today, almost a week after taking first test, and it appeared to be negative. Its find though, as I said we weren't trying so my hopes weren't up or anything, but maybe one day!
