Throwing up with no warning ?

Has anyone else dealt with this? I had really bad nausea during weeks 5-7 but wasn’t throwing up much, in the last week or so I’ve felt much better nausea wise (I’m 9 weeks now), but I’ll feel absolutely fine then out of nowhere get really hot and sick and throw up with no warning. Once I’ve been sick I feel okay again 🤦🏼‍♀️

Not gonna lie it’s making me a bit scared to leave the house in case it comes on out of nowhere in public and I have to be sick all over the place in front of people 🤭😂

Obviously hope you won't need them, but you can buy airline style sick bags on amazon and have them in your pocket just in case!

I have this also! I bought sealable sick bags from amazon and keep some at home, some in my car and some in my work bag. Just the thought I’ve got them has made me feel so much more reassured.

I had that. I could be 3 bites into my breakfast & I'd think oooo I feel sick and literally will just throw up there and then. 😂
Seems to have gone off more now I'm 11 weeks.

Happens to me so much too! I feel your pain 🙁 I was so scared at work yesterday as I had to lecture in front of around 50 people! I told myself do not be sick and I managed to hold it in all day until I got home
