Cyclizine

Hi,
The doctor gave be cyclizine for extreme nausea which I have tried for a couple of days. I have been off work so I’m desperate to find something that will help me function. I’m struggling to leave the house let alone do a day at work. Unfortunately the medication has knocked me out, I feel like a zombie and although the nausea has eased a little bit, there’s no way I can drive (I just need to sleep!)

Is it worth going back to the doctors? I’ve assured work I’ll be back in on Monday and I’m panicking.

Thanks in advance.

Yeah go back. I was initially given cyclizine but after a bad spate of dehydration the hospital prescribed me something different (no idea what it is, I never picked up the prescription - I'd not been taking my cyclizine properly 😳)

There are a few different options other than cyclizine. If you'r enot getting on with it, go back to your Dr and get an alternative
