Hi everyone I'm pregnant with number 4. All day iv had bad period cramps feel like I'm coming on they are pretty constant definitely not contractions though as bump isn't going hard with them. Have no signs of a uti. Have just drank plenty of water and sitting down relaxing after work but they are still there. Took paracetamol 3 hours ago with no effect. Baby still moving lots so that's good. Anyone have any ideas what this could be or what I should do?
