So I'm 12 weeks pregnant. I've been on an intense anti nausea diet including bread, pasta, pizza and curry over the last 3 weeks. I don't seem to be able to take on any veggie (I'm vegetarian). Do you have any trick to actually get some nutrients into a nausea diet? I'm desperate to not take on more weights than needed but also would love to be healthy for my baby.
