Hi all,
Was wondering if anyone suffered with really low blood pressure.
I'm 8weeks by my calculations scan on Friday.
My BP had been sitting at 96/59 I'm suffering with headaches dizziness seeing stars and feeling so nauseous I can't eat.
Any advice great fully received.

Drink lots and lots and lots of fluids it will up your BP. Probably not the healthiest way to give it a boost But salty crisps too help me too, or salty nuts.

@OP that's my BP when I'm not pregnant. In pregnancy mine raises a bit. But I would guess the dizziness and other symptoms might be due to pregnancy. I felt like that first trimester and as far as I know it's pretty normal.

I have low bloods pressure generally and really struggled with dizziness and feeling constantly faint in my first trimester this time round. The tip a pp made about drinking lots of fluids is spot on- I generally drink a bare minimum of 2 litres a day when not pregnant to keep bp up although this is super difficult when feeling very nauseous and I think contributed to why I felt so bad. Little and often is definately your friend! I’m in the third trimester now and bp is generally around 110/70 but I think the lowest in my notes was about 90/60 so really feel for you!

Poor you OP. I had this, by the end of my pregnancy I couldn't walk the length of myself without running out of breath and nearly fainting. Very hard few months. I drank lots of fluids and rested. Hope you are better soon Thanks
