Early pregnancy symptoms?

Any1 had no early pregnancy symptoms n all been okay? I had few cramps n back ache but all iv sudden gone. I am 5w2days

I didn't have much at 5 weeks apart from cramps... I am now 7+2 and felt so sick all week and had terrible headaches!

I’ve spoken to a lot of people who has no symptoms and everything was fine . Congrats 💕🌷 someone on here said to me ‘unless you’re doubled over in pain and bleeding a lot then you shouldn’t worry, and even then things can still be ok’ . Which has helped me a lot. I’m just over 6 weeks and very anxious myself x

@Bexy1393 that's all I have is cramps not as bad as wat they wer a had MC November no period n fell pregnant straight away again just super nervous xx

@HelpMeGetAGrip I am just a little nervous I have another scan next week had one last week only seen a sac just nervous as cramps have cramp n sore boobs only when I touch xz
