The hunger

I'm only four weeks and I'm absolutely starving. Last night at 9pm I was ravenous, despite having a huge veg stir fry for dinner. Been starving since 10am and I've just eaten lunch and still hungry! What little snacks can I get to help through the hunger?

I used to eat grapes in the middle of the night I was so hungry!

Try things that aren't full of sugars. Fruit is healthy but has lots of sugars( done if them especially) so it's good if eaten with moderation.

I like crunchy carrots when I'm in need of a snack. Sometimes hunger hits me when I'm in bed, but I noticed if I drink some more water I manage to sleep and forget about it. I know I've eaten enough during the day.
