Id normally Google this, but its all coming up preterm labour and miscarriage which isn't helpful.
I'm 30 weeks, last night before bed had really bad period type cramps, eventually I fell asleep. Today at 3pm they started up again and it's painful back pain and nasty cramps down below (not kidding when I say nasty, just like being in a vice between my back and lower abdomin and it's shooting between my shoulder blades).
Second baby, don't remember this in the last tri. Is it normal? I've had paracetamol and a bath but now it's back again, I'm so uncomfortable and it's making me sick.
Nothing else, no blood and couple of braxton hicks. Am I over worrying or is baby in awkward place? I don't want to ring up and look like an idiot over cramps.
