Hi, so I have recently found out that I am pregnant, very early days but I still want to make sure I’m doing the right thing! Google doesn’t offer a lot of help with regards to skin/hair care products and which ones are safe to use?! Help?!

I think most things are safe, if it's not safe it will come with a warning on it saying not to use during pregnancy :) It's really what you eat you need to watch and anything that might raise your core body temperature.

Pretty much all products will be fine. As PP has said it's your diet you need to be wary of. Make sure you're taking folic acid too. Congratulations xx

Congratulations!

Vitamin D and folic acid are important to take as a minimum, don't feel you have to buy loads of multivitamin!
Use the NHS website for food you can't have, Google is not your friend in that respect.
Most things are completely fine 😊
