Currently 35 weeks pregnant with a much longed for DC4 after 2 early mc's.

Due to my DC1 being born SGA due to high BP, I have had to have regular growth scans this time.

At 28 weeks the baby was on 25th centile. Since then it has gradually dropped to 10th centile and now today, the baby is showing as down to the 2nd centile. EFW is just 4lb 6oz at 35+2 although blood flow and fluid levels look ok.

The doctor wants to bring the baby at 38 weeks due to these measurements. Added to this, the baby has been breech and in exactly the same position for most of my pregnancy, so I'm now booked to have a c section. This baby is also not a big mover, so I often have reduced movements.

I'm literally beside myself with worry that something is going to go wrong and I'm going to lose this baby. I'm also terrified about the c section.

Has anyone been in this position and had a good outcome? My youngest DC weighed 7lb 6oz when born at 37 weeks so I find this really odd. Are the scans really all that accurate? I don't understand why this baby is so small this time around 😞
