At my first midwife appointment she couldn't get my blood after a few tries so she said I'd have to go to the local hospital to get them done. There was a misunderstanding and I thought she was going to make me an appointment and so have been waiting for a letter to confirm. Almost a month later and nothing so I call her and she says I have to go to a walk in blood center to have it done... So I'm 12 weeks and had no bloods checked so I feel really guilty! Hoping it doesn't affect baby.

It'll be fine. Don't worry. It doesn't effect the baby and I think in terms of data for trisomy, up until 14 weeks is ok.
