Help! I'm 6 days late but blood and urine tests negative

Hi everyone, I'm 6 days late but all blood and urine tests have been negative for about 8 days. Is it possible I am having a chemical pregnancy or has anyone had this and ended up being pregnant?

If blood tests are negative, you aren’t pregnant. They accurately measure HCG in your blood. You only have HCG in your blood if you are pregnant. Therefore if there’s none, it’ll be negative. A chemical pregnancy would involve a period like bleed. So some HCG would likely be detected in your blood but very low levels as you start to pass the very early pregnancy cells.

My cycle is regular. Very.

But in the last 2 years I've had 2 incidents of missing a period altogether so like 30 days late!

A missing period does not always equal pregnancy.

Thanks so much for your replies. It's a very confusing time and after having a miscarriage at 8 weeks in September I guess I'm just sad. Anyways thanks for your support.

If the blood test is negative then that's your answer.
Maybe a take a break for a month and just try and process it all and start afresh after your period comes.
