36 +3 weeks, itching in evenings and night

I got some bloods taken today as i mentioned to my midwife about itching at night time. It starts around 6/7 in the evening and can keep me up at night. Its not specfic to any area, i literally itch everywhere lol. Should i be concerned?

i would tell your midwife if the itching is bad it can be a symptom of something but try not to worry speak with your midwife

This can be a sign of Obstetric Cholestasis which is probably why they took bloods.

I had this too for several weeks. My OCP tests were negative, apparently the itching can also be from hormones. Good to get bloods to check of course though!

I had this, had blood tests to rule out something to do with my liver and I ended with antihistamines because they couldn't figure it out.
