BFP with ENDO

Sorry for posting here but just looking for a small bit of Info if you don't mind!!

I have possible ENDO have a Gynaecologist app next wed 15th. But Due AF this Sunday 12th. Is there any other ENDO sufferers out there that got a BFP without intervention? I get cramps and backache mostly before AF can be for 1 week or the whole 2WW. My main question is did you still get all the pains the month you got your BFP?

Yes. I was diagnosed in 2004, told I’d be unlikely to conceive and never tried. Tried in 2016 and conceived twins first month - quite the shock. It’s 40% of women with endo who have fertility issues so just over half have no problems.

I honestly can’t remember what my endo Pain was like the month I conceived but I was pretty sure I was pregnant as I had very painful breasts, even more so than usual.

Just wondering did you get many answers to your question? I have endo had pains in my leg the month I got pregnant they disappeared after BFP on day period was due. Sadly I had a missed mmc at 11 weeks. Now my endo is way worse so I’m also wondering do the pains increase / disappear for others month of BFP
