I am ttc for the first time with my husband. I came off the pill after being on it for 16 years without a break. Last pill was November 2018 and my periods have been completely irregular since then. There is no pattern to them.
We have been having unprotected sex since then - but now are properly ttc.
I am not even sure when my ovulation is. I have ovulation tests but don’t know when to take them.
It all seems really confusing and it’s just making me very anxious that I have a fertility problem because I haven’t fallen pregnant yet.
Any helpful information or guidance would be much appreciated
