Hi all!

Sorry to be a pain, I have looked online but it's all mixed reviews. I'm really craving one of those feta and sundried tomato cold pasta salads from Tesco, is it safe to eat sundried tomatoes?

I can't imagine why it would be a danger but some sites say they're only fine if hot and cooked, so I just wanted to be safe than sorry? Blush

It’s absolutely fine.

You only need to read the NHS guidance. If it’s not on the NHS list of food to avoid it’s fine.

Don't read random sites online. Many of them are based in the US and have completely different advice and food standards than here. As PP said, stick to the NHS guidelines - everything you need to know about food is on their website.

@Selfsettling3 @DesLynamsMoustache thank you so much! Really appreciate it. Off to go and get my lunch and very excited about it Grin
