So last period started 7th November, 35 day cycle ish, got THE FAINTEST positive on the 16th of December, a decent positive & digital 1-2 weeks on the 20th & then yesterday got 3+ weeks on digital, by period dates I'd be 8+ weeks but I'm pretty certain it wont be that far.

The midwife / doctors always count from your last period until the accurate gestation is confirmed at your scan. So 8 weeks.

Doctors will date from LMP but don't take into account long cycles they go by 28 days from what you have said though I would expect u are just over 6 weeks but scan will confirm just expect due date to be put back

As others have said they will date you from lmp untill your dating scan.. So probally between 6-8 weeks I'd say.
