Hi all!

So I'm 35 weeks in two days time. Baby has been head down since 28 weeks (and hopefully willl stay that way!)

My bump is still very high at this stage, no sign of dropping yet. Which is fine as I know I still have a few weeks to go.

My question is, has anybody got any suggestions on what I can be doing at this stage to a) ensure the baby stays head down! b) increase chances of my baby becoming more engaged (I can't take much more of the heartburn and indigestion).

I am planning to start drinking raspberry leaf tea from next week and I'm also going to start going on more regular walks.
Anything else I can be doing?

I obviously know that bottom line, baby will arrive when he is ready to. But anything I can do to help little man in the process will be much appreciated ☺️

Thanks in advance!

My midwife told me that the only thing scientifically likely to get you going is sex. The drugs they use to induce labour are a synthetic seamen apparently.
Walking and bouncing in your birth ball to get baby's head applying pressure on your cervix.
However, my first pregnancy went to 40+7 before i was induced so 🤷🏻‍♀️

As for keeping baby in place, spend time on your hands and knees, scrub the floor etc

Thanks for the reply!

Definitely won't be giving sex a go 😂 it's the last thing on my mind at the moment and I know for a fact hubby won't go there!
