Hello all!

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and basically struggling in all ways. I've noticed when I get myself out and about and don't dwell on how bad I feel, time goes quicker and I just manage the day better.

HOWEVER. I can barely walk now. I'm in absolute agony and I wonder if it's Braxton hicks ? It's like these sharp shooting pains very low down in the bump. As soon as I'm even slightly active, it starts.

I assume this is normal ? When I don't move and just stay on the sofa all day, I don't have it at all. But as soon as I'm a bit active, it's absolute agony.

My guys and is saying I need to just stay put at home. But I'm going out of my mind here.

BH should stop when you move usually.

From what you describe it sounds like SPD ( or pelvic girdle pain). I have it and the pain really starts as soon as I get more active. The more I walk, the more pain I have.

It sounds like Braxton Hicks, I used to get them quite often if i'd done too much, if they don't last very long or don't get any stronger then they'll most likely be BH but keep an eye on them😊
