I'm really struggling with spots 😩 I've never had bad skin not even in my teenage years but right now my skin is awful and I'm so spotty it's really getting to me 😩 is there any recommendations that may be able to help? X

Poor you, I also suffered with bad skin in the first half of my pregnancy, it took a while but then they disappeared overnight and I did get that 'glow' people speak of.. how pregnant are you? Hormones are crazy, at the start especially so it might improve with time but I know how it feels!

I regularly use the La Roche Posay Effaclar range and it keeps my hormonal skin in check! You can get a starter kit to try for a couple of weeks in Boots Thanks

I'm 20 weeks and my skin is awful at the moment, however I have struggled with mild acne ever since puberty and into my 30's (possibly due to PCOS that was only diagnosed a few years ago) I would probably consider my acne now quite moderate/bad especially round my lower cheeks and jawline and I get whiteheads every day, it also is worse on whatever side I sleep on at night. I hope it clears up soon. I have a really good skin regime too, dermatologica acne face wash and clinique 3 step but it's hormonal so not much I can do apart from constantly putting clean pillowcases on and trying not to touch my face too much/get my hair away from my face.

My skin has been awful too. I found Green People's teenage skin range pretty good 😊
