If you have sex one day before period and then sex with another person whose most likely the dad? Can sperm survive the day before period or through out the period

I think its unlikely that the guy you had sex with the day before your period is the father. Assuming you then had your period a day later I think its impossible.

Unlikely to be first guy.

Only a paternity test could tell you for sure. An online forum full of strangers is an odd place to ask such a question.
