Did anyone have this?!

Is there anything I can do to help? I literally wake up dripping (like I've just got out of the bath).

We don't have the heating on in our bedroom and the window is always open so it's not exactly hot in here.

I had this in the first trimester and I am now 37 weeks and had one the other night. In my first trimester I had a few nights in a row then it stopped, it's just hormones so I don't think there is anything you can do unfortunately, but it will pass!
