Does anyone have any tips for things which help morning sickness?
I’ve been crippled with it the last two weeks, the doctor didn’t want to give me anything for it unless I become dehydrated and I am managing to keep liquid down.
I’ve tried ginger biscuits and the sea sickness bands but I don’t get much relief from them :(
Anything else anyone can recommend would be amazing because I’m becoming a hermit due to a fear of being sick in public 😂
