Hi all I am expecting baby number 2! ...and I forgot just how bad morning sickness can be, all day everyday. Just wondered is there any goods or meals that helped with the sickness? I'm opens to anything. At the moment I prefer cold meals.... But then again no matter what I eat, it comes back up x

I’ve got HG and for the first 16ish weeks, I lived off white bread, salty crackers, mash potato, plain crisps, the occasional fish finger, chips.. anything beige & bland basically. Weirdly, I could also happily stomach spaghetti hoops, peanut butter & tinned peaches. No idea why.

It’s survival, eat exactly what you fancy! I was just the same with my first & she was a healthy 8lbs baby!

Don’t be afraid to speak to your GP if you can’t keep much down, there are safe meds you can take to help & also, worth checking you are not getting dehydrated which can be dangerous!

I didn't think I had any advice, but like PP I could happily stomach tinned peaches when I couldn't keep anything else down (especially good if chilled in the fridge first), so perhaps give those a try?

I will give it a try, I did have morning sickness with my first but had medicine and it was fairly controlled. But this time round the medicine doesn't help. I feel like I'm constantly nauseated and I eat very little. I will have ice throughout the day which manages to stay down but I am very stuck with keeping food down. Nothing really stays. I prefer cold so I've had a cold pasta from the shops today. The thought of food makes me feel disgusting
