Naturally inducing labour?

Right all, I am full term and ready to get this baby out!
I've read all the old wives tales about what does and doesn't work but has anyone got any true to life recommendations?

Sex!! And walking a lot. I've been doing some gentle squat type exercises that I saw on a YouTube video that are supposed to be good. I've also been drinking lots of raspberry tea but I think that just makes contractions more effective rather than actually starting labour. Clary sage can be used to bring on contractions (but use with care) but they will only continue if the baby is read to come I guess.

Infuriating waiting game isn't it!!

The old wives tales don't work. Just do whatever makes you happy.

Sue from the corner shop may have had sex and gone into labour the following day but that's coincidence, not data.
