Hello Everyone!
i'm new to this forum.
Also i'm a single parent and want to make a blog on how to do parenting as a single parent. Can anyone suggest which platform or framework shall I use to start a blog? I was thinking of CSS but after going through features of css3 it needs some animations skills too. Can anyone suggest any other better option?

Hi there!

Have you tried wordpress? It's free for the basics and you can pay to upgrade to certain layouts etc.

It generally works best on a laptop / desktop when starting it up as it looks better but they also have an app too.
