Pregnacare or Seven Seas?

Which is best?
Does it matter which one?

I took seven seas trying for baby for months while TTC and now I'm pregnant I was wondering if it's worth switching to pregnacare?

It really doesnt matter as long as you are taking vitamin D and folic acid (the only 2 that nhs advises you take in pregnancy)

I've taken both depending a bit on which was on offer. The important thing is folic acid (and vit D) which is in both. I really don't think it matters.

I took Pregnacare Conception when we were TTC but they made me feel sick and gave me heartburn. I switch to Seven Seas when I fell pregnant and they have been much gentler on my stomach. I think you should stick to Seven Seas if you have been using them and get on with them OK.

As PP have said, folic acid and vitamin D is all you really need x

Doesn’t really matter in terms of quality it’s just branding so I’d focus on price! That said pregnacate made me vomit!! Asda’s own are fab- cheaper and very palatable!

I second the Asda ones! Cheap and exactly the same. They do with or without an extra omega 3 tablet version too if you don’t get a lot of fish in your diet.

I can't speak highly enough of the seven seas ones, started feeling a bit sickly about 6/7 weeks in, started having one of these in the morning and has helped so much, not been sick once and I'm now at 12 weeks! I'm convinced it's the ginger, although i was told by midwife to take extra folic acid so I'm taking them plus little folic acid extra doses. Also I think when I looked pregnacare were more expensive xx

Neither... I get the cheapies from pubdstretcher. They're just multivits at the end of the day.
