Just wanted a rant about feeling sick 24/7, anyone else?!
Back to work Friday and dreading it!
8.5 weeks and all I can eat is boiled sweets, toast and ready salted Pringles...so healthy!!!!

I should also add I am so happy and grateful I am pregnant, and also I know some people have it a lot worse off/constant vomiting but ffs this is starting to get on my nerves!

I'm 10 weeks, I haven't been that bad in this pregnancy, had a couple of really bad weeks between weeks 6 and 9 but seems to be much better now.

However in a previous pregnancy I had HG and so I completely understand how awful you're feeling. I really do think bad sickness is one of the worst things a woman can endure. It really is absolutely awful.

I hope you start feeling better soon and remember you can go Dr's for medication if you feel you need them.

Yes I've read about HG, luckily I don't have that, it sounds really hard going.
Mines just more when I eat anything creamy it tends to make an appearance!

Do you have anything you think works? I tried ginger but it made me feel sick haha!

@Crazypanda85 In this pregnancy the only thing that sort of kept the nausea at bay was eating as soon as I was hungry, because if I didn't I'd start feeling awful pretty quickly.
I'm really thankful I haven't actually been sick this time, but the nausea is disgusting, it makes you feel so depressed.

I ate loads of really cold hummus which seemed to help, and cream cheese but it doesn’t sound like that’s going to work in your case! Boiled sweets seemed to make me bloat and belch constantly, I also went right off coffee which have me a caffeine withdrawal headache - oh the joys op I remember it all well. It will all pass and be so worth it, hang in there!

I bought sea bands and they worked wonders!
