7 weeks and brown blood mmc worries

So im 7+4 but had blood and cramping today. Got to ring epu tomorrow as they're closed today or i can go to a&e if it gets really bad. It has tailed off now, but i stupidly googled stuff and it came up with missed miscarriage. So scared of getting scan and there not being a baby. Anyone else had this and was everything ok or not?

Brown blood is usually no cause for concern as its old blood. When I had a mmc it was bright red and very painfull cramps.. Sorry can't give more hope but chances are it's just left over blood x

The only way you can know for sure is by having a scan unfortunately. I'd ring the EPU first thing. People do have bleeds in pregnancy, for all sorts of reasons, and go on to have a healthy baby. I would just take it as easy as possible until you can get in. I hope everything is ok x

I had brown discharge at 7 weeks and all is ok at moment.

When iv had my miscarriages it's been bright red blood & a lot of it and very severe cramps.
Definitely worth talking to epu tho tomorrow & as you said any different then go to a&e tonight.

Thank you, the bloods gone but ive still got mild pains. Im going to ring epu in morning to be on safe side if they're no help I'll ring the midwife again and see what she suggests.
