Hey
I’m currently 7+5 with my first and have been struck down the past two days with a horrendous cold. However, today I’ve had constant lower back ache, no matter if I sit, stand or lay down. I’m hoping it’s just my body aching from having a cold but I am beginning to worry as it has been hurting since I got up this morning and getting in the way of daily tasks! I don’t have any stomach cramps or bleeding

Is this normal? Has anyone else experience this when run down and all been okay? Unfortunately my GP is closed today and I haven’t been assigned a midwife yet

I had this for almost the whole first trimester. I put it down to constipation... Grin. If you have that too then it could be the problem.

I had bad back pain during the first trimester and booked an early scan because of it. Baby was fine!
Back ache can be a pregnancy symptom so try not to worry about it too much.
I'm currently 16 weeks and everything has been fine so far :) xx
