Donating blood during TWW

Am I okay to? I know once you are pregnant you can't, but my appointment is half way through out two week wait, so not sure if I should cancel or not

I wouldn’t just in case you are pregnant. Pregnancy puts a big strain on the body so it’s better to start off with as much haemoglobin as possible!
