Is there a big diffrence between a private and NHS midwife?

Fab, thanks Pupuce, I'll CAT you when I get back from hols in a week if that's ok. Knowing what London's like I had wondered whether I need to get onto it soon. (Never CATed anyone before, so I'll try, anyway!)
