Hey so here goes I am new here and been reading a lot a threads.
I have been on the mini pill cerrelle but was quite sloppy with t at the beginning of the month and I was ill and sick.
Anyway last 2 weeks boobs have been so sensitive to touch nipples. And now around the boobs are sore when touched or they bounce.
I took HPT on Friday and got a faint line so I though wow I'm pregnancy. Went to the doctor and she said a lines a line.
But then as I sleep on it I'm like surely I can't be pregnant with just being sloppy.
Has anyone else been in this position and can advise?
Pic attached can you see a line?
TIA

Yes, definitely a line there (assuming this picture was taken within the time)

Yes pretty much showed up straight away. I took the picture so I could do the invert thing on the iPhone as I thought I was going crazy.
Is it even possible to et a positive this quick and no periods for almost a year down to the cerrelle pill

That's a nice blue line! Hopefully it will gradually become darker in the next days.

You absoloutly can get pregnant through being sloppy I’m afraid! Yes, it does take some people months after coming off the pill to get pregnant but for some, it’s instant. And some people get pregnant while taking the pill religiously! It’s 99% effective.. there’s always that 1%. Some people are very fertile, if you happened to miss one or two or took them outside the timeframe around ovulation, then bam!

It’s def positive OP.. congratulations?

Thanks ladies I'm just a bit in shock and wanted an other opinion. GP booked for tomorrow Smile

I fell pregnant on cerrelle. So being sloppy and falling is more than likely.

Ok ladies I just done a FR one pink dye and it came up negative?
Not even a faint line?
The test I done on Friday is above!
I'm so confused now 🤨 can you actually get a false positive?

I got a really dark line on a Clearblue (like your first, I think), the same day as getting practically nothing on a cheaper, different test. FRERs aren't necessarily all that. Your first test looks pretty darn positive to me!

I don't want to give you false hope, but as pp said, for my BFP on a Clearblue fast response and then tested other days with other cheapie brands. Wilkos was the worst, could barely see a hint of a line. Also IC was sooo faint. Clearblue digital came up negative. When I managed to get a FRER was good, there were two lines and could see progression every few days. I'm 22+6 now.

Get a FRER if you can or a Clearblue early response( the one with the cross) and see how that goes. Fingers crossed for you!

I have had false positives in sainsburys own tests. Really clear blue lines. If a frer is negative then you’re not pregnant, in my experience.

Kflomy · 08/01/2020 17:55

So just thought I would update everyone. I am not pregnant as I had a bleed. Doctor said either false positive or chemical pregnancy.
It was a sainsburies test I used so I am now scratching my head as to how clear the positive was.
Anyway all the best and thanks for your input.
