Hi guys

Very new to the site so please bear with me 😳 so I was made redundant on the 12th and started a new zero hour contract job on the 16th. Still no contract signed as of yet. I found out I was pregnant last night and am guessing I am around 7 weeks. My problem is telling my new employer I'm pregnant. It's a very little company of only 4 staff. I don't really no my rights or undstand them with no contract . How long I should leave it before I tell her?! I am so anxious about it all. Could really do with some advice and a little pep talk. I am So scared of been out of a job and nobody hires anyone pregnant no matter the rules 😱😭

I would hold off telling them as long as possible.
You will have the same rights as someone on a set hours contract. You do need to push them for a contract though. Can you ask for one? Do the other employees have them?
