am i pregnant? i missed 4 days period white discharge tiredness hungry emotional stress

i dint feel more cramp like period pain but mid butt regions paining(not anus). 3 month my period is 1 day late. i am very much confused i am trying for baby .i dint took any home test because scared in losing again

There is no way anyone can say for sure whether you are pregnant or not from your symptoms. Take a test and see. If your period is late because you are pregnant a test should pick this up. Good luck!
