Is this high blood pressure?

I'm 37 weeks and have come down with what feels like a throat infection (pharmacist can't help, waiting to go to the GP tomorrow). I've been feeling like my heart rate is increased and generally unwell so last night I took my blood pressure (was advised by midwife to get an at home monitor after a spout of high and then low and then super high BP in second trimester) and the readings were as follows:

22:00 135/91
22:11 140/95
22:24 126/94
22:00 134/95

I retook it today:

14:12 134/90
14:14 134/93

As i understand it, if the second number is 90 or above it's high but what about the first number? Is this cause to call the MAU?

It all depends what is normal for you. Everyone's blood pressure is different so some have higher which is normal for them and some have lower which is normal for them. Can you check your maternity notes to see what it's been at midwife appointments? No harm in phoning maternity though if your unsure

It's a bit high - worth calling the MAU with the readings to see if they would like you to do anything

My normal readings are around 118/85? I'm not sure if it's just to do with me feeling under the weather but can that have an affect on baby? Might call them anyway and ask
