Panic attack, 21 weeks

Hi guys, hope everyone had a lovely Christmas.
I'm a bit worried. Yesterday I had a terrible experience when my mum had a fainting episode with seizure-like symptoms. I was on my own with her and my very disabled family member when it happened and I was absolutely in pieces. It was brought on by stress and low blood pressure.

Since then I keep having images of my mum's face as it happened and me being covered in blood (she hit her head and being a head injury it bled a lot, it went over me as I held her while she came back around) and tonight I finally had a small panic attack about it. It's over but I still keep shivering.

Mum is fine now and bandaged up. I am just wondering if this experience could have affected my baby. Usually she's a little Mexican jumping bean, very active, but since last night she's been a little quieter, still shifting but not as much as usual. Is this normal? I'm 21 weeks today.

Omg sorry to hear that!it shouldnt of effected your baby but you could ask for a scan to make sure.. just ring maternity and say there's been decreased movements.. does ur mum have epilepsy or was this just random?? What did she go like? My ex had epilepsy and its almost like he was drunk when he took a seizure and his mouth went all twitchy etc really bad slurred speech

We were talking and halfway through her sentence she stopped, her hands started shaking and she just fell onto the floor like a sack of spuds. It was on concrete because she was in the doorway to the garden. She shook and was staring into space for about 20 seconds, then came around.

She went through this earlier in the year and had loads of brain scans and tests for epilepsy, she was given the all clear... I don't know what to think.
