HELP! measuring only 1.2MM!

I’m 6 weeks pregnant and my baby is measuring at 1.2MM, my OBGYN said that it’s a normal size and that everything is normal. The fetal pole, heartbeat and gestational pole were seen.
But I looked it up and you’re supposed to be 4MM at 6 weeks, and 1.2MM seems way too small! I don’t know if the person writing the report got it wrong. Here’s a picture:
Will I miscarry? Has it stopped growing? I’m freaking out!

I'd take your obgyn word over Google.

Are they different measurements, crown to rump or crown to toes. Your OBGYN should know.

I was 7 weeks and measured 4.8mm but was told I'm 5+ weeks. Turns out at dating scan I was almost correct on my dates and early scan not so. It's difficult to measure correctly at that early stage. Plus your doctor wasn't concerned. Measurements on google vary so much. I have 4 pregnancy apps and all give me different measurements for each stage I'm at.
