Pregnant after having tubes tied.

I had my tubes tied 7 months ago, during my c section of my third child. Last Sunday, I did a pregnancy test as my period was late, fully expecting it to be negative. Surprise surprise, it was positive. 5 tests later including some digital ones, the results are all positive. From my understanding, the chances of having an ectopic pregnancy are high but
we were leaving for my parents early the next day so couldn't do much about it.
We got back yesterday and after getting in touch with my local EPU, I've had to make an appointment at the gp for a referral. I've got my appointment on Monday but I imagine it will take another few days to be scanned.
I was just wondering if anyone has ever experienced this? Or if you have had an ectopic pregnancy, when did you know something was wrong?
I don't know what to think at the moment. I already have 3 small children and will be 39 in January. That's why I had my tubes tied in the first place!

My mum had her tubes tied and then got pregnant at 39 with my sister. As far as I’m aware it was a very normal and healthy pregnancy and my sister is now 19!
