I need to moan!! I’ve got PGP but can’t get into the physiotherapist until 8th Jan. I’m in so much pain I can barely walk even though I’ve bought a medical grade bump support and am doing everything recommended on the NHS website. I’m huge and uncomfortable and feel like a terrible mum to my 2 year old as I can’t play like I normally would. I know it’s too soon for the baby to come so I know I’ve just got to get through it but I just feel useless as a mother and wife 😢

Any tips to help me get through the next 12 days til I see the physio greatly appreciated

Hi @OP. Sorry for your pain, I had bad SPD last pregnancy and went late to the physio who gave me support belt and crutches. If you can borrow a pair it will help quite a lot with pain. Other than that I don't know. I hope it goes quickly for you this last few days!

No advise but in the same situation. 35+5 here and can't wait to be able sit on the floor with the kids and not take half hour to get back up because I'm in agony. 🙈 Hips and back literally feel broken its horrible doesn't help baby is a big one too Completly too heavy if I stand it hurts if I sit it hurts and if I lie down I feel like I need about 10 people just to roll me over to the other side. But I keep thinking not long left to go now managed this long a few more weeks won't hurt 🙄
