Do pregancy symptoms come and go?

I'm 9 weeks 3 days today and had morning sickness from 6 weeks sore boobs backache etc.

The past 2 days nothing. But this morning one sore boob and was sick. I have had 2 miscarriages my first was early. My second was at 10 weeks. I totally lost all pregancy symptoms within 2 days when I had my early scan it confirmed no heart beat.

I have a private scan today but I'm so worried.

Hi, I’m 8 weeks pregnant with twins (had a private scan at 7 weeks) . I had morning sickness for weeks prior . Then.. I woke up a few mornings ago and it had completely vanished, I was really worried (as I’d also had a small bleed). I had a scan xmas Eve and everything was absolutely fine so I’d say it can be totally normal to loose symptoms literally over night. Morning sickness still hasn’t really returned x

My symptoms disappeared around 9 weeks which also coincided with a fairly large bleed, a scary few days while waiting to be scanned! All was fine and I'm now 28 weeks with no issues (touch wood). I've heard quite a few other women say their symptoms disappeared around 9 weeks too - think it may be related to the placenta taking over?

I lost the baby. Only measuring at 8 weeks and no heartbeat
