I'm 10 weeks pregnant, just went to the loo and saw red blood after wiping. I've had on and off brown and pink spotting and cramps since week 3. Should I contact anyone?

Yes, I think you should contact the hospital. I had this and they brought me in and gave me a scan. Unfortunately it was a miscarriage. However, my friend had similar, and also went in and they were able to reassure her that everything was fine and she saw the heartbeat etc. Either way, they can tell you what's happening

It may just be normal spotting and nothing at all to worry about but, if in any doubt, call for some proper medical advice.
Hopefully they can put your mind at rest x

Absolutely seek medical help. Are you afraid you'll be considered a time waster? Because you are not at all. X

Sorry this is happening. Suggest contacting GP when it opens tomorrow or any self-referral local early pregnancy services open today.

You will need a scan to see if it’s a miscarriage.

Early pregnancy unit will offer you a scan

It seems to have slowed, it happened after a BM. I do feel like a time waster plus I'm at work and no one knows I'm pregnant yet so I don't know what to do. Confused

I would get it checked out I had a red bleed I didn't get checked out because I was a kids Christmas party and had stopped by the next day. I didn't realise you could self refer to our local early pregnancy unit or I would have gone. Started bleeding heavily the day before my 12 weeks and scan when they scanned me I had had a missed miscarriage baby stopped growing about the time i had the bleed so wish i had gone to get checked.
I am pregnant again and if i have any bleeding i will be straight down to get checked out.
I hope everything is fine for you but you are absolutely not wasting anyones time.

OK, called the EPU at my local hospital and they just asked how often I was changing my pad... Said I wasn't enough for a pad and she just said to call a GP tomorrow.
