Loss of symptoms 7 weeks

Hi, looking for some good news stories please.

I’ve lost all symptoms at around 7 weeks. I had mild nausea (for a week or so) and sore / swollen boobs (since 3 weeks) and constipation all of which has stopped within the last few days. I’m visiting my family abroad so no EPU or whatever, but not sure I could do much without bleeding yet anyway.
Any reassurance? Could there still be something in there?

It's really common for symptoms to come and go. Loss of symptoms was the reason I booked a private scan at 7+4, baby now booting me in the ribs at 36 weeks.

It can be such an anxious time but try to enjoy your Christmas.

Thank you. I really hope so but with a history of anxiety it’s hard to stay positive.

Try not to worry! I did the same as I had nausea for a few days week 5ish and such sore boobs early on. The sore boobs went and never really came back but the nausea went for about 4 days then came back slightly 😊 it's deffo normal for some people for symptoms to come and go.
I had scan Monday , I'm 8+3 and all was good so I'm trying not worry about my symptoms when they go!

Thank you. I can hopefully go for a scan next week. Still the symptoms haven’t reappeared!

Just in case anyone is searching and comes across this thread. I had a private scan this morning, and there is a little bean in there with a heartbeat and measuring 8+4, I just couldn’t believe it as I just feel so not pregnant. My symptoms have started to come back after 5 days of no symptoms, I’m just so relieved To see it there and hope all continues well!

This makes me feel a lot better! I'm currently 6w6d and having had sickness last week it has disappeared and I'm starting to worry. I didn't think morning sickness would disappear so early on, only get worse! I'm still feeling tired and my boobs are a little sore but not like they were a couple of weeks ago.

Going to book myself an early scan at 8 weeks to get some reassurance as well.

Thanks for updating Smile

This happened to me, dreadful nausea up to 8 weeks, 24 hours a day. Then woke up one morning and it had totally stopped, it worried me silly. Fast forwards to today I have a healthy 13 month old. Often what you find on the Internet tend to suggests the worst which doesn't help pregnancy nerves Sad
