I can’t explain the level of exhaustion I’m feeling at the moment. I’m waking up in the morning feeling tired, completely lacking in physical and mental energy all day. Also have no appetite. If I didn’t know better I would assume I have some kind of sinister illness!
Anyone got tips for boosting energy at this stage? I have a 5 year old and she’s pretty good but needs constant entertainment because she doesn’t watch TV or use the iPad (her choice, not mine!!).
