Anxiety of a night time

31+2 and am really struggling with sleeping of a night.

I keep waking up on my back, despite using a pregnancy pillow and propping a cushion behind me, in a bid to stop me rolling on my back.

Sleeping on my side causes my bump to ache, even though I wedge my pillow underneath it and this wakes me up.

I'm also waking up almost hourly with horrendous heartburn. I've addressed my diet and avoid foods that are likely to exacerbate it and also try and sleep propped up.

It seems at the moment that just getting in to bed needs to be done with military precision and I've got to the point its causing me anxiety from about 8pm when I know 'bed time' is looming.

I'm not sure what posting for. Just a bit of reassurance that I'm not the only one struggling maybe?

I'm lucky in that the rest of my pregnancy has been going swimmingly, but the nights are so very long and I know they're unlikely to get better when the baby arrives!
